Milwaukee Zine Fest
It was a new location for Milwaukee Zine Fest this year: the downtown Public Library. It was quite good, and librarians were there collecting zines for their new zine section. Now there will be Junk Drawer zines and others available for browsing in Special Collections.
Afterwards I met up with friend Violet, and we found The Bronze Fonze. It's a great place to pose while thinking you're looking cool, while actually looking like a cheesy tourist. Then we went to a bar where peanuts are delivered to the tables via little bomber planes that are slid across on tracks on the ceiling.
